2010 Grand Estates Riesling

“Intense aromas of apples and pears are complemented by a hint of minerality and orange blossoms. Rich, opulent flavors of tropical fruit are accentuated by crisp acidity, leading to a lingering, vibrant finish.”

Riondo Prosecco IGT NV
rp|90

This sparkling wine is produced in full respect of ancient traditions, using Prosecco grapes grown on the Veneto hills. Characterized by a fine, light perlage and a fresh and aromatic perfume. It is perfect both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light dishes. Smooth with lemon, melon, honey and almond flavours.

90 Points-Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate “This effusively fruity, light-bodied offering offers terrific floral notes, persistent effervescence, and a clean, delicate finish. There is not much body or weight in this crystal clean, pure, sparkling white. It is an ideal aperitif. It is an amazing Prosecco.”

Molly Dooker Carnival of Love 2010

This wine celebrates our journey in life and our partnership in winemaking. Just as we use our separate abilities to enhance our winemaking, we blend the separate characters of these two classic varieties to create a wine that is powerful, opulent, elegant and seamless.

Molly Dooker "Two Left Feet" McLaren Vale 2010

A powerful blend of all our favourite red varieties, it has incredible depth and complexity. Named for what happens when Sparky dances with Sarah! The grapes were grown on the Longbottom vineyard in Padthaway, the Birchmore vineyard in Langhorne Creek, the Gemtree and Mollydooker vineyards here in McLaren Vale. Barrel fermented and matured in 88% American and 12% French oak using 52% new and 48% one year old barrels. Pair with pizza, pasta, anything with a bit of spice, lasagne, pork, veal, osso bucco, lambshanks and cheese.

Molly Dooker "The Maitre D" McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

This is a classic Aussie Cabernet with an intense varietal nose and delicious ripe fruit. This wine is named after Sparky, who earned money to put himself through winemaking college as a left-handed Maitre D'. The grapes were grown on the Longbottom vineyard in Padthaway, the Mollydooker vineyards in McLaren vale and the Belladarren vineyard in Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 77% American and 33% French oak using 49% new and 51% one year old barrels. Pair with chicken liver pate, duck, roast lamb, mushroom risotto, veal, quail and pork
