Molly Dooker "The Maitre D" McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

This is a classic Aussie Cabernet with an intense varietal nose and delicious ripe fruit. This wine is named after Sparky, who earned money to put himself through winemaking college as a left-handed Maitre D'. The grapes were grown on the Longbottom vineyard in Padthaway, the Mollydooker vineyards in McLaren vale and the Belladarren vineyard in Langhorne Creek.
